Bio: Nadine Gilder

Nadine lives in Toms River, New Jersey, and is
the mother of an 18-year-old autistic
child who has been on a gluten-free, casein-free, soy-free and
reduced carbohydrate diet for twelve
years. Through her company, Autism Educational Services, Nadine helps
to educate parents of autistic children about the benefits of a gluten
and casein-free diet, the
Defeat Autism Now! Protocol, Mercury
Chelation, yeast overgrowth, supplements, MTP therapy and other issues
related to treatments and interventions.
In the last 10 years Nadine has attended ten Defeat Autism Now! Conferences and has been listed on the
Autism Research
Institute's list of Defeat Autism Now! Practitioners.
She has counseled
hundreds
of parents of autistic children on how to implement the gluten and
casein-free diet and other dietary interventions. Nadine has worked
